Serratus weakness; from Steffen

Thomas Horre

This lady had anterior shoulder pain during overhead activities. The upper trapezius worked too much during the way back from flexion, while the M. serratus anterior worked too less.

She got an exercise progression for her weak serratus:

-          Push up plus in 4 point kneeling

-          Push up plus on the knees with

-          Push up plus

In her case, it was important to check her movement quality during those exercises. At the beginning she wasn´t able to relax the upper trapezius, but it got better in every session. It took 2 weeks from the first to the second video.
