This time just some funny stuff.
We all know the modern trend of cross-fit training with good mornings, air squats, sumo squats, deadlifts, and so on.
Now we can offer something similar and that´s the PPIVM`s squats or the PPIVM´s good mornings :-)
On the following photo you can see the satisfied participants of the MSc Advanced Physiotherapy and Management in Vienna, who, not just learned an ingenious technique for examining the intersegmental movement, but also did a little bit for their fitness. ;-)
So, keep on moving!
